Go-to-Market Strategy
Two-phase approach to rapidly commercialize dLCAF™ and secure early market position
Phase 1: Pilot Production
2025-2026
- Establish pilot production facility at University of Sheffield's TERC (~20 t/day)
- Produce first batches of dLCAF™ for flight demonstrations with first-adopter airlines under contingent Product Offtake Agreemenst
- Flight demonstrations are to showcase the contrail reduction ability of dLCAF, the success of which triggers the Product Offtake Agreements executable
- Sign Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) for offtake with other airlines
Key milestone: Complete CORSIA certification by end of 2026
Phase 2: Full-Scale Production
2027-2028
- Negotiate and close Lindsey Oil Refinery acquisition with funds from financial partner or from proceeds of Series A round (target: H1 2026)
- Begin front-end engineering for conversion to dLCAF production
- Execute refinery retrofit in stages; initial production by late 2027
- Scale production ramping up; fulfill first commercial supply contracts by 2028
Key milestone: Target ~10–20% of UK jet fuel market by 2028
